Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Eternal+ (“Eternal+,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and processes information when you access or use our website, AI companion features, character experiences, roleplay services, subscriptions, and related features (collectively, the “Service”).
By using Eternal+, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how information is handled, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this policy.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use Eternal+.
It may include:
- account information;
- conversation content;
- character and feature selections;
- subscription and billing-related information;
- technical and device information;
- usage information;
- information you provide when contacting us.
We do not intentionally require you to provide information that is unrelated to operating the Service.
2. Account Information
If you create or use an Eternal+ account, we may process information associated with your account, such as:
- your email address;
- display name;
- account identifier;
- authentication information provided by supported login services;
- account creation date;
- subscription or plan status;
- usage allowance information.
Authentication may be handled partly through third-party authentication services.
We do not receive your password from third-party sign-in providers where the authentication method does not require us to do so.
3. Conversations and AI Interactions
When you chat with AI characters, we process the messages and instructions you provide in order to generate and maintain the conversation.
This may include:
- your messages;
- AI-generated responses;
- conversation history;
- selected character;
- conversation identifiers;
- settings or preferences relevant to the chat.
For signed-in users, conversations may be stored in connection with the user's account so that chats can be restored and continued.
Certain information used to provide guest features may instead be stored locally in your browser or device.
Conversation content may also be transmitted to AI model providers or related infrastructure providers where necessary to generate AI responses.
You should avoid submitting highly sensitive, confidential, or legally protected information that is not necessary for your use of the Service.
4. Guest and Local Storage Data
Some Eternal+ functionality may be available without creating an account.
When you use guest features, certain information may be stored locally through your browser or device.
This may include information needed to:
- maintain temporary product state;
- remember guest preferences;
- support guest interactions;
- preserve limited local functionality.
Local storage is controlled by your browser or device and may be deleted when you clear browser data or use privacy-related browser settings.
5. Usage and Technical Information
When you use Eternal+, we may automatically receive technical or usage information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
This may include:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- pages or features accessed;
- request timestamps;
- technical logs;
- error information;
- approximate usage patterns.
We may use this information for purposes such as:
- operating the Service;
- troubleshooting;
- detecting abuse;
- maintaining security;
- understanding product performance;
- improving reliability.
6. Payments and Billing
Payments for paid Eternal+ plans are processed through a third-party payment provider, currently Creem.
Payment information required to complete a transaction may be collected and processed directly by the payment provider.
Eternal+ may receive information associated with a transaction, such as:
- transaction status;
- product or plan purchased;
- payment status;
- subscription status;
- billing period or renewal information where applicable;
- payment-provider transaction identifiers.
We do not need to store your full payment card number in order to process transactions through Creem.
Your payment provider's own privacy policy also applies to information that it collects directly from you.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Eternal+ may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies where necessary to:
- maintain sessions;
- remember settings;
- support authentication;
- preserve product state;
- maintain security;
- operate features of the Service.
You may be able to control cookies or local storage through your browser settings.
Disabling certain browser storage technologies may affect the functionality of Eternal+.

9. AI and Other Service Providers
Eternal+ relies on third-party service providers to operate parts of the Service.
Depending on the feature being used, these providers may include:
- AI model providers;
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- database providers;
- authentication providers;
- payment processors;
- security or operational service providers.
We may provide these services with information reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions.
For example, conversation content may need to be transmitted to an AI model provider in order to generate a response.
These providers may process information according to their own contractual obligations and privacy practices.
10. Sharing of Information
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary:
- to service providers supporting Eternal+;
- to process payments;
- to provide AI-generated responses;
- to maintain infrastructure and security;

- to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, Eternal+, or others;
- in connection with a legitimate transfer or restructuring of the Service.
We do not disclose information merely because it may be commercially interesting to another party.
Nothing in this section limits disclosures required by applicable law.
11. Sensitive Information
Eternal+ is not designed as a service for storing highly sensitive personal records.
Because AI roleplay conversations can be personal in nature, you should carefully consider what information you choose to include in conversations.
You should avoid submitting information such as:
- passwords;
- payment card numbers;
- government identification numbers;
- confidential business information;
- private medical records;
- other information that you would not want processed as part of an online AI service.
If you voluntarily include sensitive information in a conversation, it may be processed as part of providing the Service.
12. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- maintain user accounts and conversations;
- process transactions;
- maintain security;
- prevent abuse;
- comply with applicable legal obligations;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce our agreements.
Different types of information may be retained for different periods.
We do not promise a single fixed retention period for all information.
Where information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements and our technical processes.
13. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through Eternal+ against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, no online service, storage system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are also responsible for protecting your account credentials and devices.
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable legal requirements.
14. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on the features available to you and applicable law, you may be able to:
- update certain account information;
- manage your subscription;
- control browser cookies or local storage;
- stop using the Service;
- contact us regarding your personal information.
You may contact us to ask questions or make a privacy-related request.
We may need to verify your identity before responding to requests involving account or personal information.
Certain requests may be limited where information must be retained for legitimate operational, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
15. Adults Only
Eternal+ is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction if higher.
We do not knowingly offer Eternal+ for use by minors.
If we become aware that a person who does not meet the applicable age requirement has used the Service, we may take appropriate action, including restricting access and addressing associated account information as required by applicable law.
16. Third-Party Links
Eternal+ may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Those third parties operate independently from Eternal+ and may have their own privacy policies and data practices.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:
- product changes;
- changes to our data practices;
- new features;
- changes in service providers;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- security or operational changes.
